The joy of running a 1989 Volkswagen Golf Mark2 1.8 GTI 16V. All the experiences running an iconic 80s car as a daily vehicle. The VW Golf Mk2 was introduced in 1984 and my 1989 16V GTi model was released just before the "big bumper" revisions which were sold from late 1989.

VW Golf MK2 - Removing Wires/Connectors from Plugs with Laser 3932 Terminal Tool

Extracting the wires from Hall Sensor plug on VW Golf MK2

I found the Laser 3932 Terminal Tool was designed to remove the connector from the Hall Sensor plug so that the wires can be refitted.
